If you’re logged in to the account you created when you purchased a plugin, you can view your existing support tickets or submit a new one.

Please note that support will only be provided here for pro plugins, and only if your license for that plugin is valid (within a year from purchase). If you’re unsure about when you purchased a plugin, you can check the order date in your account.

If you need support for a free version of a plugin, please submit a ticket through the WordPress Plugin Repository instead.
